The Starbucks Roast Spectrum

We classify our coffees in three roasts so you can easily find your desired flavor and intensity. Each coffee requires different amounts of time and temperature during the roasting process to create a cup at its peak of aroma, body and flavor.

  1. Blonde Roast

    A lighter body and mellow flavors.
