ACCESSING OR USING THIS STARBUCKS SHOP WEBSITE OR PURCHASING ITEMS THROUGH THIS STARBUCKS SHOP WEBSITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, AS SUCH MAY BE REVISED BY STARBUCKS FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, AS THE USER, AND STARBUCKS CORPORATION (D/B/A STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY) GOVERNING THE USE OF THE STARBUCKS® SHOP WEBSITE. IF USER DOES NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, USER SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE ITEMS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO USER.
These Terms include an arbitration agreement (posted at https://www.starbucks.com/terms/starbucks-terms-of-use/) that governs any disputes between you and us. In arbitration, there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. This arbitration agreement and other provisions will:
- Eliminate your right to a trial by jury to the extent allowable under applicable law; and
- Substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings in arbitration and litigation.
You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms, and other information relating to Starbucks Shop by electronic means, including by changing these Terms, by posting revisions and such information and materials online at https://www.starbucks.com or https://www.shop.starbucks.com.

These Terms apply to your access to, use of, and purchases through the Starbucks Shop website, shop.starbucks.com, in the United States ("Starbucks Shop"), which is operated by Starbucks Corporation or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "Starbucks").
These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Starbucks for other products or services, such as Starbucks Rewards and Starbucks Cards.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Starbucks reserves the right to change or modify these Terms (including the Starbucks website Terms of Use posted at Terms of Use: Starbucks Coffee Company) or any policy, FAQ, offer, promotion, benefit or guideline pertaining to Starbucks Shop, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.starbucks.com or www.shop.starbucks.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Starbucks Shop following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop accessing, using, and purchasing items in Starbucks Shop.
PERSONAL USE
Starbucks Shop is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Starbucks Shop is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may access and participate in Starbucks Shop only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Our Privacy Notice is incorporated into these Terms and also governs your participation in Starbucks Shop. Please read the Privacy Notice carefully to understand how Starbucks collects, uses and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
ELIGIBILITY
To log in and make purchases on Starbucks Shop, Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age.
- Reside in the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
- Have a valid Starbucks® Rewards account.
This account is required to access ecommerce features including product ordering, subscription management, and order history.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
PRICING, PAYMENT, AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You authorize Starbucks to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including recurring subscription charges.
At this time, we do not accept Starbucks Cards or Stars earned through Starbucks Rewards for purchases made through Starbucks Shop. Stars may not be redeemed for products on Starbucks Shop. To learn more about redeeming Stars, please visit the Starbucks Rewards Terms.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, disclosed at the time of the offer.
MOBILE FEATURES
Some Users may be able to elect to participate in certain functionality on certain of Starbucks Shop online. Products may be purchased online using a mobile version of Starbucks Shop. Starbucks reserves the right to discontinue any mobile feature.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND MESSAGES
If a User signs up to access or use Starbucks Shop, the User is, by default, opted in to receive promotional email communications from Starbucks ("Email Communications"). The User may, at the time of sign up, opt out of receiving Email Communications from Starbucks. Thereafter, the User may opt out of receiving Email Communications by adjusting the User’s profile settings in the User’s Starbucks account via www.starbucks.com. We may continue to send you necessary transactional communications by email, even if you opt out of receiving Email Communications.
By using the Sites, including the web application, in-app messages may automatically be displayed to the User via the display tiles, including promotional communications and offers. If the User does not wish to see or receive such messages, the User must cease use of the Site.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Starbucks Shop offers a curated selection of products including but not limited to packaged coffee (available both a-la-carte and by subscription), drinkware such as mugs and tumblers, brewing equipment including grinders and coffee makers, branded apparel, and accessories like tote bags and reusable straws.
Starbucks guarantees that products purchased through our channels will be delivered in new and unused condition. Upon receipt, any warranties, guarantees, or service obligations related to the product are the sole responsibility of the product’s manufacturer. Depending on the product, the manufacturer may be Starbucks or a third party. Unless Starbucks is the manufacturer, Starbucks does not provide any additional warranties, express or implied, beyond the point of delivery. For warranty claims, repairs, or replacements, please contact the manufacturer (as stated on the product packaging) directly in accordance with our or their warranty policy.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Returns cannot be made in Starbucks stores.
A return must be initiated with Starbucks Shop Support for eligible items within 15 days of delivery if they are undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-returnable items include coffee products, subscriptions, gift cards, personalized items, and final-sale items.
To initiate a return, Users must contact support@shop.starbucks.com with their order number. Starbucks Shop will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Starbucks reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our terms and conditions. In the event of a cancellation, affected customers will be notified and refunded as applicable.
Orders cannot be cancelled by a User once they are processed.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard orders: Most orders placed by 8 a.m. Pacific time ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff ship the next business day.
Custom/personalized orders: These may require additional processing time. We’ll provide an estimated timeline upon order confirmation.
SHIPPING
Shipping Carriers and Locations
We ship via FedEx for both standard and expedited options.
At this time, shipping is available only to the contiguous United States and orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.
Shipping Timeframes and Fees
Standard shipping for orders under $50: Three to five business days (domestic). Shipping fee varies depending on size of order and are shown at checkout.
Free standard shipping for orders of $50 or more: Three to five business days (domestic). Please note that most in-stock items require additional processing time of two to three business days before shipment. For free standard shipping, a minimum order amount of $50 is based on the order subtotal, after discounts and shipping, handling, taxes and other taxes.
Free standard shipping for subscription orders: Standard shipping fees are waived for all subscription orders.
Expedited shipping: Delivery timeframes and expedited shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your selection.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin posting via FedEx.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently cannot split a single order across multiple addresses. For assistance with multiple orders and multi‑address shipments, please contact us at support@shop.starbucks.com and we’ll help coordinate.
Handling and Packaging
All items are packaged securely, with special care for fragile or sensitive products.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; please provide a valid physical address. Orders cannot be delivered to, or picked up, at a Starbucks store.
Once an order ships, we are unable to make changes—please contact the carrier directly for delivery adjustments.
Force Majeure
Starbucks will not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by activities or factors beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation war, weather, strikes, floods, lockouts, fires, pandemics, acts of God and/or terrorism of any kind.

STARBUCKS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Automatic Renewal & Consent
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you consent to recurring charges unless canceled at least 3 days before your next order date, which is when your order will be processed and you will be charged. You will receive an email reminder before each order is placed or if significant changes occur. All order processing is subject to product availability. If an item in your subscription order is not available, it will be replaced with one of equal or greater value.
Subscription Cancellation & Modifications
A Starbucks Rewards account is needed to log into Starbucks Shop and place a subscription order and modify it. You may skip your next order, pause your subscription indefinitely, or cancel your subscription through your Starbucks® Shop online account or by either calling customer service at (800) 395-0591 (during support Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific time) or by email at support@shop.starbucks.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, all modification requests including skip, pause, or cancel must be made at least 3 days before your next order date. You will receive an email letting you know when your next order will be processed and charged along with the deadline for cancelling or modifying the order. Resuming a paused subscription will restart recurring charges. We do not provide refunds on subscription orders.
Pricing & Billing & Shipping
The recurring charge for your subscription order will be displayed at checkout based on the products and period you select. Additional charges, such as applicable taxes or expedited shipping fees, will be displayed prior to finalizing your order.
For your first subscription order, your selected payment method will be charged when your order is processed. For subsequent orders under your subscription, your selected payment method will be automatically charged on your recurring order date depending on the subscription you selected, unless you cancel at least 3 days before such order date. Your next recurring order date can be viewed by logging into your account.
Prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change, we will notify you in advance and provide an option to cancel before the new rate takes effect. Standard shipping fees are waived for all subscription orders. Please note that, at this time, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
We may, from time to time, offer certain benefits or promotions in connection with the subscription program. These benefits and promotions are subject to applicable terms as provided in the applicable promotional offer.
Payment & Failed Transactions
You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription charges. If a payment attempt fails, we will pause your subscription and notify you to update your payment method. After the first failed attempt, we will attempt to charge your method of payment up to 2 times. On the 3rd failed attempt, we will cancel your subscription and notify you by email. You are responsible for updating your payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
Changes to Terms of Subscription Service
We reserve the right to update these Terms and any policies affecting subscriptions. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
