Hot Java Cool Jazz

Students from Ballard, Garfield, Mount Si, Mountlake Terrace and Roosevelt high schools performed to a sold out audience at the 23rd Annual Hot Java Cool Jazz concert.

100% of ticket sales from this concert went to the performing school music programs. Since 1995, Starbucks has raised more than $685,000 for local school music programs.

Read an interview in the Starbucks Newsroom from a female student who is upending jazz traditions.
