We are very pleased to announce the Starbucks Card Mobile app for your iPhone.
You told us that convenience is important to you - what better way to manage your Starbucks Card than with your iPhone or iPod Touch?
We took your suggestions and built an application that we think will address your needs!
- Need to know what your balance is? Check!
- Need to add all of your favorites Cards? Check!
- Need to sign-in and manage your Card account? Check!
- Need to reload your Starbucks Card? Check!
Speaking of reloading your card - it's real easy to do if you have a Starbucks Card account – all you have to do is enter your password into your iPhone and your reload will process!
And now for the really cool part - you can even pay for your Starbucks purchases with your iPhone or iPod Touch in 16 select test locations in Seattle, WA and Silicon Valley, CA.
Mobile payment lets you enjoy your Starbucks experience, on the go, with no wallet required!
I love to swim in Lake Washington at Madison Park in Seattle, and usually enjoy a doppio on my way home - and rarely take my wallet to my workout. On my way home I stop by the Starbucks on 4000 East Madison (one of the 8 payment trial participants). With mobile payment, I can use Starbucks Card Mobile to check my balance and reload my account while I'm in line; and then pay for my doppio with my iPhone at the register – quick and easy!

myStarbucks Now On Your iPhone – Take Starbucks With You

Sometimes, even those of us who work at Starbucks want, well, a little more Starbucks. Whether I want to find a store (with hot food, please) or experiment with a new drink, there are places in my life that Starbucks fits - outside the store. We've heard from you, and you seem to feel that way too.
With that in mind, we took a pile of great ideas, helpful suggestions, and a bit of wishful thinking and turned out an iPhone/iPod touch app that we think you'll really like. Here's why:
- It helps you find a store near you. But there are other store finders, you say. Yeah, but can they tell you if a store is open? Has a drive-thru? We didn't think so.
- You can check out our food menu – and see the nutrition.
- Love coffee? So do I! With myStarbucks you can explore all of our whole bean coffees, see what makes them special. Decide which ones are perfect for you. Save those to remind you when you're in the store.
- Last but not least, we have Drink Builder. A complete list of drinks, options, and preparations – it's as close to being in the store as we could make it. And you can share…
