Using the Official Starbucks Linking Logos
If you want to download the Starbucks Linking Logos and create a link from your Web site to Starbucks.com, please read the following information first:
- Read the Terms for Using the Starbucks Linking Logos on this page.
- Enter the information about where the link will be used. This information will
be used for internal tracking purposes only; it will not be shared with or sold to
any outside parties.

access the linking logos for download.

Starbucks may grant the owner of any approved web site permission to place the
Starbucks linking logo on his her or its web site subject to the following guidelines.
- Permission to use only the Linking Logo provided by Starbucks ("Linking Logo")
is granted on a non-transferable, non-exclusive, temporary basis. You may use the
Linking Logo only on your web site, and not in any other manner.
- The Linking Logo includes the phrase "To Starbucks.com" or "Click Here" or some
other "button" which indicates the Linking Logo is part of a link to Starbucks, not
an endorsement of your site. It must always be an active link to Starbucks Homepage
at http://www.starbucks.com.
- The Linking Logo may be used only on web pages that make accurate references to
Starbucks or its products or services, and must be displayed adjacent to the reference
or at the bottom of the same page. Your web page title and other trademarks and Linking
Logos must appear at least as prominently as the Linking Logo.
- The Linking Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the
Linking Logo) between each side of the Linking Logo and other graphic or textual
elements on your page. The Linking Logo may not be used as a feature or design element
of any other Linking Logo or design.
- You may not remove or alter any element of the Linking Logo. You may not alter
the Linking Logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc.,
or animate, morph or otherwise distort its perspective or two-dimensional appearance.
- You may not position or display the Linking Logo in any manner that implies
sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Starbucks.
- You may not use the Linking Logo on any site that disparages Starbucks or its products
or services, infringes any Starbucks intellectual property or other rights, violates any
state, federal or international law, or is defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive.
- These terms do not grant a license or any other right in Starbucks logos or
trademarks. Nothing shall be construed as conferring any license under any of
Starbucks or any third party’s intellectual property rights whether by estoppel,
implication or otherwise.
- Starbucks reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission
to use the Linking Logo at any time with or without cause and without notice. Upon receipt
of such notice from Starbucks the web site owner shall immediately remove the Starbucks
Linking Logo from its web site. In the event of termination, the disclaimers and
limitations of liabilities set forth in these guidelines shall survive.
- Starbucks reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform
to these guidelines, infringes any Starbucks intellectual property or other right, or
violates other applicable law.
- STARBUCKS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING
THE LINKING LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
- All users of the Starbucks.com web site and the Linking Logo are deemed to have
agreed to the Terms of Use posted on the site.
Use of any other Starbucks logo, brand, marketing materials or other proprietary works
is subject to a separate approval and review at Starbucks sole discretion.
