Submitting Donation or Sponsorship Proposals to Starbucks Thank you for your interest in Starbucks promotional activities. Our company has been fortunate to receive a great deal of attention in recent years regarding our growth and industry leadership. However the volume of exposure has forced us to set limits on our commitments and response to the hundreds of unsolicited requests we receive each month.

Please review these guidelines before considering whether to present Starbucks with your opportunity.
1) Donations or Sponsorships for Fundraising Activities You may know that our company is very active in community giving in numerous ways, on both national and local levels – with particular emphasis on CARE and coffee-growing countries, literacy through The Starbucks Foundation, and environmental programs implemented through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department. Community-based non-profit organizations seeking Starbucks support may find opportunities via Starbucks regional groups (see Guideline #2), or visit the CSR page on this web site for our policies and programs for giving.
2) Local Emphasis Most Starbucks sponsorships are developed and implemented at the local level. Starbucks contributes to local food banks and sponsors community programs that promote the arts, cultural events, literature, diversity, the environment, the welfare of children, and AIDS outreach, support and research. If your opportunity is community-based, you are welcome to contact individual Starbucks regional marketing offices with your proposal.
3) Internal Development Starbucks promotions/sponsorships, if any, pertaining to a national or even global audience are likely developed internally with overall business objectives in mind. Therefore we do not solicit and are unable to respond to any such submissions for national/international sponsorships or co-promotions.
4) No thank you We respectfully decline any proposals regarding consulting services, sports/athletic endorsements, book endorsements, political or religious activities.
5) Submitting a National request If you believe your opportunity fits with the above guidelines and you wish to submit a national sponsorship/promotions proposal, you may do so by completing the attached information form or by submitting your proposal in writing to:

Starbucks Coffee Company
Attn: National Promotions
P.O. Box 34067
Seattle, WA 98124-1067
Though Starbucks will always review requests sent to us, we cannot guarantee a response unless we desire more information. Also please note that we will not review or respond to faxed unsolicited submissions.
