Sometimes you want just one flawless cup of coffee at a time. The pour-over is a great solution, allowing you to control the flow of water and ultimately the depth of coffee flavor.

1. GET THE RIGHT GRIND
For a Pour-over use a fine grind (it should resemble granulated sugar).

2. PRE-MOISTEN THE FILTER
This helps rinse any paper flavor out and loosens the fibers up.

3. MEASURE THE RIGHT AMOUNT
Use 2 Tbsp of finely ground coffee for every 6 fl oz of hot water.

4. FIRST POUR
Fill the cone half-way with boiling water and then pause for 10 seconds to allow the coffee to start dripping into your cup.

5. COMPLETE THE POUR
Slowly add the rest of the boiling water and then allow it steep thru the cone.

6. ENJOY IMMEDIATELY
