Internships

The Starbucks Internship Program, based at our Support Center in Seattle, offers students meaningful and challenging project work, exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to experience the Starbucks culture and what it means to be a partner.

Rotational Development Program 

This is a full-time, two-year program that focuses on developing future leaders at Starbucks. It is a well-rounded, rigorous experience through which partners gain valuable professional and leadership skills, in an accelerated format.

In Partner Resources, we’re all about our partners. We are more than 500 partners working in groups such as Staffing, Learning and Development, Total Pay (Compensation and Benefits), Organizational Development and Partner Services. Each of us is a strategic partner to the business – no matter if we’re in a generalist or more specialist role. Together, we build programs that help our partners around the globe become their personal best.

To stay connected, we get together every month as a group to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea to celebrate each other and share innovative ideas.
