The Starbucks Internship Program, based at our Support Center in Seattle, offers students meaningful and challenging project work, exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to experience the Starbucks culture and what it means to be a partner.
This is a full-time, two-year program that focuses on developing future leaders at Starbucks. It is a well-rounded, rigorous experience through which partners gain valuable professional and leadership skills, in an accelerated format.

Channel Business Development and Sales
We exist to serve and delight our customers outside of Starbucks retail stores across channels, categories and countries. Our partners bring this experience to life and are doing it in an entrepreneurial and innovative way. We have a portfolio of high quality brands that our teams work to support.
Our Sales team works with retailers all over the world to launch our products in places like grocery stores, airlines and school campuses. We even serve Starbucks Coffee at The White House, Pentagon and on Air Force One.
You’ll have the opportunity to build strategy from the ground up. Over time, our channels will rival the size of our retail footprint. We’re just getting started.
