Partner Networks

We seek out and engage partners who are as diverse as the communities we serve.

Starbucks Partner Network Program provides a platform for partners to make change, build community, increase engagement and develop professionally.

Partner Networks support our Global Diversity Strategy by (1) Enhancing the Partner Experience and (2) Building Brand Reputation.

Starbucks Partner Networks are open to all partners. Participation is self-initiated and completely voluntary.  Our current Partner Networks include:

Starbucks Access Alliance Network promotes equal access for all partners and customers to physical locations, product, communication tools and information.

Starbucks Armed Forces Network supports Starbucks military partners, their families, and transitioning veterans, and to create a military friendly culture in the workplace.

Starbucks Black Partner Network works to cultivate, enhance and share the African American experience at Starbucks, one partner, one customer at a time.

Starbucks China Club Network develops a global community driving business acumen, nurturing culture and develops leaders through the lens of the China/Asia Pacific partner network and the growth agenda.

Starbucks Hora Del Café Network is a Hispanic affinity group dedicated to creating and environment for partners to develop professionally, build cultural awareness and celebrate Hispanic culture while affecting the community in a positive way.

Starbucks Pride Alliance Network works to affect positive change and increase awareness of the LGBT community within Starbucks.  We strive to Cultivate and equitable, dynamic, and supportive environment for LGBT partners, allies and customers.

Women’s Development Network focuses on the professional and personal development of its members. The network focuses on three established pillars. They are community, education/development, and networking.
