   Collect 30 Stars within 12 months and you step up to the benefits of Gold level for one year. And another 30 keeps you Gold for the following year. You get all Welcome and Green level rewards plus:

     We want to give you more of what you love. So at the Gold level, you get a free beverage with every 15 Stars you collect.

     We'll send you a special Starbucks Card that recognizes you are one of our favorite customers.

     We want to make sure every experience you have at Starbucks is a great one. So we’ll send you special offers tailored just to the things you like to enjoy.

When you earn 30 Stars within 12 months you become a Gold-level member of My Starbucks Rewards, but did you know it only takes 30 Stars to stay Gold for another year?  It’s simple.  Just earn 30 Stars every year as a Gold member and you’re Gold for another year.  Just like that.  And don’t forget, for every 15 Stars you’ll enjoy a free beverage, so you’ll enjoy two drink rewards just for staying Gold!

If you don’t qualify for the Gold level again by your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the Gold level), you will revert to the Green level and lose all your Stars.  But if you earn 30 Stars again within 12 months, you’ll move from Green right back to Gold.
