Rethink How You Re-Energize

It was Friday afternoon and the work week was over, but I still had a handful of errands to run before meeting friends for dinner – and I was beat. I needed a pick-me-up, not something filling that would spoil my appetite for dinner.  So I decided to swing by my local drugstore to grab a Starbucks Refreshers™ beverage (I’m an Orange Melon girl) for a little boost.

Made with natural energy from Green Coffee Extract, Starbucks Refreshers™ beverage contain about a third of the caffeine from a freshly brewed cup of coffee and none of the roasted coffee flavor. I love having an energizing option that contains vitamins, ginseng and natural sweeteners. It also doesn’t hurt that with only 60 calories I’m not un-doing my time at the gym!

What’s your favorite way to re-energize in the afternoon?

I buy my cool refreshers to have at home - individual packets from the box. My favorite is the Cool Lime!! It makes a very delicious drink that tantalizes the tastebuds and brings on that "pause that refreshes". I keep a box or two onhand at all times. How about sales on these more often?? I've never had a beverage from Starbucks that didn't tast yummy - keep up the good work all you fabulous Baristas!!!!

The rewards should be given out per drink, not per transaction. Also, .60 for 1/2&1/2? Time for me to rethink.

The rewards should be given out per drink, not per transaction when your gold!

Why is Starbucks not accepting rewards that are on their app? My daughter had one for the Macchiato and they would not take it, they asked for an email with a bar code, there was not a barcode in her email, so no reward drink given. If it is a mistake by Starbucks app, they should still honor it.

All I wanted was a decaf coffee - something I can get at any caribou, any time of day. Target Starbucks in Blaine didn't have any. Water was running (and still is) as I sit here drinking a watered down brew. Only after I tell them it's gross do they offer to brew me a real coffee. Why does it have to be so hard?
