Introducing Starbucks Reserve™ Coffee

Everyone claims to have the world’s best coffee! But not often are the words “exotic, rare and exquisite” used to describe that coffee. For Starbucks to append all three words, the coffee must be really special.

We’ve introduced Starbucks Reserve™ coffee to a limited number of stores. This new line of coffees, each available only for a short time, represents the best of the best! You can expect to find flavors that explode on your palate and fade with a lingering complexity. When you taste a Starbucks Reserve™ coffee, you’ll be reminded of our heritage and the early days of the specialty coffee business that we helped to create.

Only 3% of the world’s coffee is good enough to make it into a bag of our coffee, and Starbucks Reserve™ represents a tiny fraction of that 3%. You all have told us that you want to see rare and exotic coffees in our stores, and that is exactly what we have done in bringing treasures like Galapagos San Cristobal to you.

Check online to see which stores will be carrying Starbucks Reserve™ coffees, and be sure to look out for them. You won’t be disappointed.

Please provide the rest of us with the Kauai Estate coffee you sell only in the Hawaiian Islands! Maybe you would make a reserve coffee out of it? I personally found it to be better than the Kona coffee you offered in Hawaii...

I cannot find a store that sells the Starbuck Reserve coffee in the city of Houston, TX while there are multiple stores in Dallas, TX that do sell the Reserve coffee. Please tell me that my search was flawed???

.Hello, I put my request for the Starbucks Reserve thru an e-mail from you from Gilt Groupe. All I am getting is a barrage of e-mails for merchandise from Gilt Groupe. I was under the impression that they were acting under approval. Hopefully, I can cancel Gilt Groupe from sending e-mails. I am still looking forward to Starbucks Reserve coffee. Thank you for all you have done. Starbucks is a bit of sanctuary.

Hi, debbyghouston. If a store in your area doesn’t have the Starbucks Reserve™ coffees, you can always order them at our online store: www.starbuckstore.com. Thanks for posting!

Hi admin, yea I'm from Houston to, and like Debby, I'm a little disappointed to. Truth is ......I like your coffee better when Starbucks makes it. I don't make coffee at home, and I don't even own a coffee maker. Not sure I can reproduce the same great results.

Hi, fmorley – at this time we have no plans to offer decaf versions of Starbucks Reserve™ coffees, but if the demand is there we would certainly look into it.

It's by far the best coffee that I've had. I got my hands on some at the Pike Place store this past winter!
