How great is that? I was planning to pick up more VIA Tribute Blend tomorrow anyway! Thanks, guys!
I bought the Via Tribute Blend and use it to make iced coffee and I love it!!!!! I am going to stock up! :-)
How do you make iced coffee? Sounds like a dumb question but everyone makes it different.
I used to work for Starbucks so you would brew the coffee double strength and add ice in a pitcher the remainder of it. So for example if you use a 64 ounce pitcher then you would use twice the amount of coffee that it states on the bag and then fill the pitcher to 32 ounces. You would then fill the remainder with ice. Once you pour your iced coffee in a mug or glass you add more ice in your glass and voila...great iced coffee! Also SBux offers their iced coffee brew for sale now!
I want to let you to know that I am here to know about coffees is that OK with you, Staff??

I surprisingly love the Tribute blend! I usually don't like anything more "bitter"than the blonde roast (because most coffee is so bitter to me). This blend is amazing because it's perfect for both myself and my boyfriend who likes his coffee black, bitter and hot. Looks like I'll have to stock up between the 22 & 25th! Thanks!
Love Love Love the Tribute Blend!! Bought a bag today during my lunch and was told that I am able to get any beverage of my choice! Awesome customer service from Startbucks! :-)
Really? Then you should let your stores know.
I went into Starbucks yesterday bought a 1lb of Tribute Blend, actually "joked"
around and asked if I get a free cup of coffee when I buy a 1lb. They said NO.
This was on the 22nd when this promotion started....
All you have to do is notify customer service through the website here and trust me they will take care of you and send you a coupon for any free beverage! Even though I don't work for Sbux anymore they have amazing customer service and always taught us to take care of our customers. Even customer relations on here is amazing!
Thanks for the feedback, Slhandman. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service team @ http://www.starbucks.com/customer-service/contact or call 1-800-235-2883 M-F 5am-6pm Pacific Time. They will be happy to take the information and share it with the team for future improvement.
It says at "participating stores". Guess they all don't participate....Hope mine does because I am head there now hoping to get a free drink ;o)
your comments have made me want to try it
I bought a lb of Tribute blend last time the promotion was on (3/15) and when I asked for a tall mocha frap the cashier said I could only get regular coffee. I pointed out that no restrictions were listed but she insisted so I said ok then I'd like an iced coffee. She said I only get hot coffee---purchase of Via would get a free iced. I felt badly arguing with a line of people behind me, but was frustrated with getting all of these weird restrictions that were never listed anywhere.
I had the same issue!
Bought my first Tribute bag for work. Wasn't offered a free signature coffee. Not good customer service. ;(
I hear you! I bought one also and asked for a free drink and they said I needed a registered starbucks card. I told them about the email promotion, and they acted like they never got that memo. Sad!!!
Yeah, the birthday thing is this way too. I got my sister a Happy Birthday Starbucks gift card. She was suppose to get a "free drink" on her birthday.....label pasted right on the card for any worker to see.....they wouldnt give her a drink; acted like they didnt know about it. Finally one guy making coffees said she had to register way ahead; wouldnt give it to her. still hasnt & that was in feb. Starbucks needs to fix these things. BAD FOR BUSINESS!
starbucks....UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!! this happened over a month ago now, I know it's not that hard to change this. I got all excited when I saw the "get your free drink this weekend" link, but when I clicked on it I found out that it was the same deal that was for last month and its been expired for 4 weeks.
it says i have 2 earned rewards available to redeem, but am told by my
ladies behind the counter that Starbucks loads it onto my card and so far
i have not seen them, how do i get these?i hate for them to expire before
i get to use them,as I'm a regular customer at the one here in Palmer
Alaska at Fred Myers.I have asked questions with u all but no one has
gotten back
to me,guess ones a Gold Star we are forgotten :( Thank u and
Happy Thanksgiving
There isn't a thing I would change about "my" Starbucks in Milford, CT. The staff & service is always outstanding...as soon as they see me, they get started on my favorite drink (even my fave snack!) Kudos for Starbucks for hiring such great Barista's. Thank you, Amanda Stonebank
Take "Weekend" out of the title and put "March 24&25/2012". I glanced at this and mentioned it to my daughter 12/19/2012. I did NOT read the small print. Needless to say my daughter and her daughter stopped in 12/20/2012 and NO SALE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! But, they did buy coffee! :-(
I am trying to correct my address, but the system wont let me, its:
Kansas Emens
221 Hillside Drive
Clermont, FL 34711
thank you.
