Yay Starbucks! And I have been one of your users too! Maybe need a version for Windows phone now. My hubby is a fan of Microsoft :)

I adore this app! So much easier than carrying around another card in my wallet! I am so unhappy with the decision that was recently made around not allowing me to scan my phone when I go through a drive thru. Reading my 16-digit card number to the cashier takes much longer than scanning. I don't like that one person that dropped their phone and took legal action has made my life inconvenient.

Not alllowing us to hand our phones to the Drive-Thru workers is an inconvenience - to say the least.

I am quite certain that there is some legal jargon you could put in the app when it is installed that says Starbucks is notresponsible for damaged phones when used in the drive-thru. Wouldn't this cover any "legal action" a somewhat rediculous person would want to persue?

After all...isn't the entire purpose of having the app on your phone to speed up the process?

I had the app for BlackBerry until I upgraded to a new one. I loved it and used it often. Would love it if you came out with an app that supports BB7.

YES! Bring the new app to the Blackberry!! I still use the old version which works perfectly, but it should be supported for other Blackberry users. As a group, we are more business-minded and probably spend more at Starbucks!! :)

    We love the app!

But your ads make it seem like it cost $15

Luckily, it's just as free as it is handy!

First off I have to say just becuase I don't carry an ipod doesn't mean I carry an itouch. When I saw Starbucks coming out with this I freaked out because I rarely care my card but I always listen to music and have itouch with me. This is my top 5 app of all... thank you!

I have cards loaded into the old app. How do I move them to the new app?

I wondered too how to load the cards from the old app. I just logged into the new one and the cards transferred over without my having to do anything.
      Good job Starbucks!

I use the gold card now, do I keep those benefits if I use the app instead?

Great that can use app in UK but Starbucks surcharge on GBP to US dollar conversion is a bit extreme. I bought a 3.45 pound drink passing through Heathrow last week with my Starbucks card. The premium over the current exchange rate put the transaction fee well into double digit percentage-wise. Exchange fee is one percent with business credit card, zero with personal credit card.

PLEASE bring back the BlackBerry application. Some of us are not fans of iPhone or Android, but we are still fans of Starbucks.

Want to try new app, but hesitate because I've had problems with promotional email "gifts" not working; at least with email I can print it out to show. How do I know new ap works any better in loading "earned freebies."
